Fiscor sent a service technician to analyze the problem with the heating system within a couple of hours. The repair required ordering parts on Friday which were installed Monday when the parts were received. Great service.

The crew was great. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Less than 4 months ago installed new. AC AND HEATING SYSTEM .. turned heating system on on first cold night no. Heat ..called them up and they came right out .. apparently the factory had not connected all the wiring .. within in 5 min the guys had my unit up and running. Heating up the house.

The owner responded to my service call. He exemplifies professionalism and top shelf customer service. I am thoroughly satisfied amd will happily recommend Fiscor Heating/Cooling to anyone. It is great to have a solid local contractor! Thank you...

Came as promised, patiently did the changeover for me, changed remote batteries, took the time to show me what I needed explained. My limited vision is a handicap but thanks to his help, I am better able to cope. The system works wonderfully and saves me a ton of money. Not only the system of mini-split units works beautifully and saves me money so efficiently, but so does every single technician I have had the real pleasure of dealing with.

These folks installed our unit and are a local business, which we prefer to do business with. We had a situation with our roof mounted Ruud unit which they promptly came and fixed. Professional, prompt and effective!

We requested a pre season check and inspection for our house. Bill kept me informed about his arrival time. Then he carefully and thoroughly checked the system, cleaned the fan system of old debris. When he was finished, I paid only the basic charge. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. He also advised me of several things I can do to keep the system going. He did advise that should we ever need freon, we're going to have to replace the whole system because of the freon it requires..

The office employees and the HVAC crew all did great. Lianna was specifically helpful as this was an insurance claim, of which I have never navigated before, and she helped a lot. The scheduling had to be changed multiple times due to check endorsement issues with the insurer, and Liana was very patient and very helpful keeping me on the schedule and working with multiple changed time frames. The new AC unit is running great , they also fixed damaged fins at my other property, everything was great and ran smooth. Thumbs up.

First of all, thank you to Abraham and Owner (and Manager?) Kevin, for being professional, prompt, authentic, honest, kind, informative, and helpful.

Abraham came out to our apartment today (10/2/20)---through the request of our apartment Manager, Kris---and checked out the issue we've been having with our heater system (that we tried to use once when it was cold one night).

We will be receiving a follow-up visit soon, to replace a defective part that Kevin ordered right away; but Abraham was so personable, and he and Kevin provided great follow-up, that we wanted to share this review right away.

I've used Kevin and company twice now. Seems like it's becoming a regular summer time visit! Last year when he came, he immediately diagnosed the problem with our garage AC before even opening up the unit. Sure enough, there was visual evidence of exactly what he said needed repair. Boom! Done. Not exactly inexpensive but worth getting good, honest service.

He came out again about a week ago because our main unit for the house was not cooling all the time. He had a suspicion what the problem was which he confirmed after running a couple of electronic tests. He checked our other smaller unit and found that the same part was at the end of its life as well, so he replaced it and gave me a break on the parts.

Kevin is a very personable young family man. His wife helps him book appointments. I recommend Fiscor Heating and Cooling LLC and I understand why they get 5 stars across the board repeatedly

My heat was out. Just before midnight I contacted Fiscor via messenger with a brief description of the issue and model number of my equipment. The first response was at 6:45am and he was on site within the hour to diagnose the issue. The repair was complete within the day. very good job with one little glitch: the downstairs bathroom door does not open completely and blocks probably 20% of the air flow when open as far as it goes without hitting the mini-split. I believe the best remedy is to trim the top of the door until it clears (door still offers privacy and I think the cut could be covered with moulding). But I am open to suggestions. The issue does not warrant moving the unit.
