The Fiscor team is a top notch, class act. From Kevin himself all the way down to the latest employee. They called me, the day before, to confirm and remind me of the appointment. Then they sent me a text with a picture of the technician coming to my house prior to when he arrived. I'm very impressed with the amount of effort they put into keep me informed.
Before leaving the technician made sure that I was comfortable with what he had done and answered all my questions in a clear, understanding way. He had shown me pictures and informed me of problems I needed to be aware for the future. So if in the future something does happen, I definitely can't say "You didn't tell me when you were here." To Kevin himself I say "It must be nice" to have a such a knowledgeable, hard working, and well trained staff. Great job Kevin!! Keep up the wonderful work.

Fiscor took great care of us. They had technicians out in the same day that I called. It was determined that we needed two HVAC units and they had them ordered, scheduled and installed in less than a week. They even provided portable A/C units to get us by while we waited.
